Jovita oversees supporter engagement and satisfaction with products and services extending from the Truth + Fire brand. She manages the Truth + Fire Shop, oversees Subscriber Engagement events and serves as the co-administrator of Truth + Fire: The Book Club. A native of the DMV, Jovita recently returned to the area after spending 12 years in New York, where she worked in the fashion and home decor industries. She is an avid sports fan, and especially loves basketball and tennis.
meagan stripling, operations
Meagan coordinates and manages Truth + Fire’s daily operations. As she monitors the day-to-day activities of Truth + Fire staff, volunteers and outside transactions and communications, Meagan works to ensure our overall productivity and to address any problems that may arise. Meagan is happily married to her best friend, Timothy, and is a proud dog mom of two miniature dachshunds, Zeke and Zoey.
constance troutman, content creation
Constance is the founder of Truth + Fire and currently serves as the primary voice of the blog and Truth + Fire: The Podcast. Additionally, Constance oversees the planning, publication and management of all content and ensures topics discussed are relevant and edifying to the Body of Christ and glorifying to God. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Constance resides in Washington, DC, where she’s simultaneously perplexed and impressed by the loyalty of Redskins fans.
